Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Handling technical support tickets
- Respond to service down alerts and notifications promptly
- Handling customer queries effectively
- Maintaining & providing constant support to clients as per the given SLAs
- Handling L1 & Phone Support issues
- Handle tickets/live chats efficiently
Requirements:
