Technical Support Engineer Job in Delhi at Khushi Communications Private Limited

General Summary:

Primary responsibilities include the technical support, demonstration, training, installation, and commissioning of our range of products covering technology; Ethernet/IP/GPON/Synchronization, etc. The person will be located in Delhi responsible for extending technical support to our customers across India.

Essential Job Functions:

• Preparation of Technical Compliance Statement against RFP.
• Engage in technical discussion with customers supporting our sales team.
• Product Demonstration and Presentation.
• Provide technical support during the installation & turn up of our System.
• Provide training to customers on the products supplied by the company.
• Accompanying sales team during customer visit for technical and sales application discussion.

Skills and Abilities:

• Knowledge & overview with Ethernet / IP, FTTx / GPON, 4G/5G Network
• Should have the ability to engage and communicate with customers, service providers, employees, and various business contacts in a professional and courteous manner
• The ability to work with short notice as required to support customers on technical issues
• Good organizational and time management skills including the ability to organize, prioritize and articulate job tasks and complete the tasks on time as per customer’s satisfaction.
• Knowledge and overview with telecommunications standards
• Knowledge and experience with Microsoft software applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
• Should possess good communications skill
• Should be well conversed with English language – Speaking and Writing
