Responsibilities :
● Answering phone calls and taking care of incoming tickets, emails or chat.
● Managing open support cases within the organization and finding a solution or workaround to maintain customer satisfaction.
● Providing technical support assistance for the Inside Sales team channel partners.
● Reporting, escalating, and keeping track of the activity.
Skills and Experience Needed:
● 1+ years of relevant support experience.
● Fluent in English (verbal and written) - Bilingual in any other languages is an advantage but not required.
● Good clear communication.
● Solid knowledge of IP network architecture.
● Knowledge of Linux.
● Ticket management skills required.
● Demonstrable experience where customer care has played a key role.
● Demonstrable experience in providing support for technical products/services.
● Minimum one relevant reference who can confirm the above points.
