Responsibilities

 Flexibly implement MocDoc's software solutions and provide hands-on customer training as needed.

 Proactively identify and document diverse use cases for software features.

 Manage a high volume of customer interactions, assess needs, and ensure customer satisfaction.

 Conduct detailed weekly reviews of closed support cases to monitor and enhance process compliance.

 Exhibit customer-oriented adaptability to handle diverse customer profiles effectively.

 Identify service quality gaps, propose solutions, and spearhead initiatives to enhance customer service.

 Prioritize and execute tasks effectively to meet competing deadlines.

Required Skills

 Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

 Experience in remote IT application support (Voice Support).

 Strong knowledge of SQL Server and database maintenance.

 Background in the Healthcare domain is an added advantage.

 Excellent communication skills; fluency in Hindi is mandatory.

 A positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and exceed expectations.

 Availability to travel as required.

 Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative team spirit.
