Lenovo is hiring for the role of Technical Support Engineer!

Responsibilities of the candidate:

• Provide service support including troubleshooting, service request, information inquiry, ticket update, and operation guidance for operating system & application software, network, and information security based on the client's standard software.
• Responsible for daily operation and maintenance work, such as: Windows OS, Office365 field, AD field.
• Application of desktop network related skills (wired, wireless, VPN connection, etc.), configuration and debugging of small network devices (router, HUB).
• Account management support.

Requirements:

• Good oral English, fluent in listening, reading, and writing.
• Bachelor’s degree or above, three or more years of relevant work experience in desktop operation and maintenance;
• Excellent service consciousness, and teamwork spirit.
• Strong learning ability and cheerful personality.
• Excellent communication and understanding ability.
• Able to accept 7*24 night-shift rotation.
• Proficient in the basic functions and use of commonly used office software, able to install and use standard office software, basic daily software debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Have basic network knowledge, familiar with TCP/IP, VLAN, Dot1x, STP and other working principles.
