Beacon Consulting is hiring for the role of Technical Support Engineer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Perform Solution Presentations to the customers and prospects addressing the specific design engineering challenges and providing benefits.
• Troubleshoot software functionality-related issues including installation and compatibility with OS and Hardware and Provide technical support to customers through Phone/mail/Remote access/Onsite.
• Deliver Webinars and technical know-how workshops to customers.
• Ensure Quick thinking to produce solutions to address customer design-related issues and software functionality issues.
• Train the users in various functionalities and achieve desired productivity levels in Solution implementation.
• Do regular interactions and reviews with customers to ensure effective utilization of CAD/CAM/CAE solutions.

Requirements:

• Graduates or postgraduates in Mechanical / Industrial / Production / Automotive Engineering
•  2-3 years of working knowledge and experience in CAD/CAE software like SOLIDWORKS, NX, SOLIDEDGE, PRO-Engineer, AUTOCAD and so on. Simulation software experience is an added advantage
• Domain experience in Mechanical industry Design and Manufacturing of Machines, Automobile, Electronics etc.
• Ability to read manufacturing drawings and expertise in complex part modelling, Assembly modelling, parametric detailing
• Skills and passion to provide Technical Support on CAD/CAE Solutions to end customers in terms of Software operational issues with troubleshooting knowledge
