Trimble is hiring for the role of Technical Support Engineer!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Provide 2nd-level support for technical inquiries.
- Analyze the behavior of technical systems and steer internal efforts to resolve issues that are occurring for customers.
- Configure standard components for existing customers.
- Monitor the performance of the TRANSPOREON platform and react on relevant incidents.
- Check the completeness of the system documentation and ensure it is constantly updated.
Requirements:
- Apprenticeship graduate - Mandatory
- University graduate - Desirable
- External candidate with relevant work experience. (Mandatory)
- Experienced technical colleagues joining from different departments (e.g. Professional services). (Mandatory)
- Good knowledge of the web-based applications configuration (HTTP/SOAP/REST/FTP) - Mandatory
- Proven experience with technical knowledge of SQL, XML, XSL, JSON, CSV, MS Office - Mandatory
