Adobe Inc. is hiring for the role of Technical Support Consultant!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Deliver first-time resolution for customer technical & non-technical issues on assigned Adobe Digital Imaging products (Premier Pro, After Effects, etc.) via voice & chat channels.
- Provide professional online support for global customers.
- Document customer interactions accurately in English.
- Identify and support the resolution of documented top issues.
Requirements:
- A Graduation degree in B.Tech., B.Sc., or equivalent required.
- Excellent communication (written & spoken) and typing speed (50 WPM+).
- Strong customer service skills and ability to handle difficult customers.
- Experience in troubleshooting Windows/Mac software and working in a team environment.
- Cultural awareness and conversational English proficiency.
- Proficient knowledge of Windows, macOS, and general desktop support issues & configurations.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting & using diagnostic tools (Msconfig, Task Manager, Event Viewer, etc.).
- Basic networking tech knowledge and browser troubleshooting.
- Understanding of escalation procedures and business impact of issues.
- General knowledge of Adobe DME products; advanced knowledge of at least 1 a plus.
