Adobe Inc. is hiring for the role of Technical Support Consultant!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Deliver first-time resolution for customer technical & non-technical issues on assigned Adobe Digital Imaging products (Premier Pro, After Effects, etc.) via voice & chat channels.
  • Provide professional online support for global customers.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in English.
  • Identify and support the resolution of documented top issues.

Requirements:

  • A Graduation degree in B.Tech., B.Sc., or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication (written & spoken) and typing speed (50 WPM+).
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to handle difficult customers.
  • Experience in troubleshooting Windows/Mac software and working in a team environment.
  • Cultural awareness and conversational English proficiency.
  • Proficient knowledge of Windows, macOS, and general desktop support issues & configurations.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting & using diagnostic tools (Msconfig, Task Manager, Event Viewer, etc.).
  • Basic networking tech knowledge and browser troubleshooting.
  • Understanding of escalation procedures and business impact of issues.
  • General knowledge of Adobe DME products; advanced knowledge of at least 1 a plus.
