Mavenir is hiring for the role of Technical Support Associate!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Design and implement intelligent, autonomous agents capable of reasoning, planning, and taking goal-driven actions.
• Integrate large language models (LLMs) with memory, tool-use, and multi-step planning architectures.
• Develop feedback loops, self-correction mechanisms, and environment-adaptive behaviours for agent systems.
• Research and evaluate state-of-the-art agent frameworks (e.g., AutoGPT, Crewai, Langgraph, ReAct, Agno).
• Optimize agent workflows for reliability, safety, and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design real-world applications of agentic AI in Testing domains.
• Stay updated on the latest research in agentic AI, reinforcement learning, cognitive architectures, and related fields.

Requirements:

• Strong programming skills in Python (or similar languages).
• Deep understanding of AI/ML concepts, including LLMS, transformers, prompt engineering, and model fine-tuning.
• Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, Hugging Face, Openai API, or similar.
• Knowledge of autonomous agent architectures, multi-agent systems, and planning algorithms.
• Familiarity with reinforcement learning, knowledge graphs, or symbolic reasoning is a plus.
