Wipro is hiring for the role of Technical Support Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Prepare and present fund-level monthly/quarterly valuations and reports of real estate investments within fund and liquid debt securities
• Responsible for the preparation and review of monthly/quarterly reporting, including Net debt analysis, FX MTM impact analysis, Fund benchmarking analysis.
• Identify key trends
• Investigate unusual items in coordination with teams
• Provide variance analysis with explanations to stakeholders
• Prepare and review materials for funds' regulatory reporting
• Assist with finance operations including:
• Limited Liability Partnership administration
• Execution of centralized finance processes
• Oversee coordination and submission of quarterly reporting with onshore and offshore teams, ensuring data accuracy
• Continuously seek to create operational efficiencies and reporting enhancements
• Support ad-hoc projects for the Firm’s businesses or new initiatives
• Deliver excellent customer service through effective diagnosis and troubleshooting of client queries
• Provide product support by guiding users through solutions and assisting them with navigating product features
• Maintain logs and records of all customer queries per standard procedures
• Accurately process and record incoming calls/emails using tracking software
• Offer alternative solutions to clients to retain business
• Follow up with customers to record feedback and ensure SLA compliance
• Build capability to maintain superior service levels for existing clients/accounts
• Undertake product trainings to stay current with updates and features
• Collaborate with team leaders to identify training themes and learning issues
• Update job knowledge through self-learning and personal networking

Requirements:

• Highly proficient in Advanced Excel and PowerPoint
• Clear understanding of Financial Statements
• Previous experience in a valuation or reporting role is a plus
• CFA designation and knowledge of derivatives is a plus
• Highly organized with ability to prioritize deliverables and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Self-motivated, capable of working independently and collaboratively
• Strong relationship-building skills with a broad range of stakeholders
• Initiative-driven, energetic, and confident in completing tasks with minimal supervision
