Emerson is hiring for the role of Technical Support Analyst!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Work with Software developers to properly test and release the features/bugs.
- Create and track work items in the DevOps board with appropriate Repro Steps and Acceptance Criteria
- Educate world area users and provide technical support for queries on everything related to the application.
Requirements:
- Degree in any of the STEM courses
- Experience in any FCV team with working knowledge of FF2/PQT and ERP systems
- Sound knowledge of business concepts, practices, and procedures
- Strong time management and project management skills
- High learning agility, good interpersonal savvy, and collaboration skills are required for working across regions and functions in Fisher.
- Fluency in spoken and written English with good presentation skills
- Basic SQL Knowledge is preferred, but not required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
