Technical support Job in MUMBAI at In Solutions Global Limited

Responsibilities :

•             Support on Onsite operation process issues.

•             Resolve issues at night process and communicate respective team to resolve the same and permanent fix on issues.

•             Maintain application server space and monitor performance.

•             Track error logs maintained in system for application level issues and bugs. 

•             Resolve client issues in application level as well as database level.

•             Adhoc report generation on requirement basis with support of technical team.

•             Deployment and support for PVT for new product deliveries. 

•             Support to resolve production issues. 

•             SFTP schedule maintenance and monitoring on daily process.

•             DR Application support on periodic DR drill.

•             Track client mails and resolve the issue related to technical team. 

•             Communicate with client on mails

•             UAT deployment and testing support.
