Piramal Group is hiring for the role of Technical Staff - Production!

Responsibilities of the Candidates:

• Take training before executing any Packing activity.
• Be committed when filling the Document contemporaneous (online), Legible, Readable, Accurate, and original.
• Be committed to GDP practices to avoid overwriting and errors, etc. in documents.
• Use a self-login ID and password only & do not share it with anyone.
• Follow instructions for new machine/methodology by the quality standards.
• Clean the equipment and line for Type A, B & D type in case of product/batch change and major mechanical-related maintenance jobs.
• Visually check for the absence of any residue of previous product or any extraneous matter.
• Do status label as per SOP.
• Use appropriate personal protective equipment like face Shield, Goggles, hand gloves & nose mask during machine operation, and machine cleaning and follow safety regulations.
• Know hazards associated with given product/machine/equipment/tools & adopt necessary protection against identified hazards.
• Identify the hazards & report any unsafe act/condition to your supervisor immediately.
• Maintain good hygiene and safety practices.
• Takes the changeover on the machine from product to product or batch to batch as per SOP.
• Set the parameters of the machine as defined in the BPR/SOP.
• Check the Tablet/Capsules and packaging material for correctness of product, batch number, and artwork no. as per BPR if find any mismatch inform to supervisor and follow FIFO for usage of PM.
• Check the visual defects periodically.
• Run the machine as instructed by the line/shift supervisor.
• Handle the rejection as defined in the SOP.
• Keep the machine clean throughout the shift along with the surrounding area.
• Ensure there is no spillage of material on the floor 
• Delivers the expected output from that machine in the shift.
• Address the minor mechanical issues in terms of machine setting from time to time and inform the supervisor during any breakdown where maintenance help is required.
• Train new employees on the operation of equipment and relative activity.
