Bakaert is hiring for the role of Technical Specification Engineer!

Responsibilities of the candidate:

• Strengthen Technical Representation: Build strong connections with architects, structural engineers, PMCs, and consultants through interactive sessions, training, and knowledge sharing.
• Engage with the Engineering Community: Collaborate with engineers to identify project leads early and ensure our unique specifications are included.
• Support Regional Sales Managers: Work closely with sales managers to safeguard our project specifications by actively engaging with key stakeholders.
• Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to stay ahead.
• Educate and Build Relationships: Offer courses, seminars, and practical assistance to engineers, fostering long-term partnerships.
• Provide Technical Support: Assist sales teams with technical designs, project strategies, and on-site support to ensure successful project outcomes.

Requirements:

• Your educational background is a degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in technical specification and support, preferably in the construction or flooring industry.
• You have strong understanding of steel fibre concrete and its applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to provide innovative solutions and technical advice.
• Experience working with sales teams and supporting them in technical challenges.
• Familiarity with the regional market dynamics and cultural nuances of South India.
