Technical Specialist Job in Jaipur at Hydro

Hydro is hiring for the role of  Technical Specialist!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Work on assigned service desk tickets (issues and requests). These tickets will start off quite simple but if you prove qualified, will become more complex and in-depth
• Work on weekly and monthly routine activities following a step-by-step guide (i.e. enter the monthly currencies).
• Work on bigger changes that are part of projects following a design document.
• Create reports and dashboards based on user requirements.
• Provide the business with well out thought solutions specified to the ticket at hand.

Requirements:

• 2+ recent years of working experience in Salesforce
• Mandatory experience in Salesforce lighting (flows, apex, lighting components, SOQL, reports) and optional experience with Pardot
• Development skills and ability to read and change Apex code if asked to
• Nice to have knowledge and experience with ITIL, Prince2, Agile and Scrum
• Motivated and enthusiastic to learn
• A proactive attitude and ability to work individually (on tickets and small change requests) and able to work in a team on bigger changes/ small projects
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Result-oriented, customer-focused, energetic
• Experience in the manufacturing domain is a plus
• BE/B.Tech or MCA or Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
• Fluent English
