Google is hiring for the role of Technical Solutions Consultant-Customer Experience!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Analyze and resolve complex technical problems and roadblocks around data and tool access.
• Identify opportunities to optimize and automate workflows across a wide variety of projects.
• Work closely with Product Managers and Software Engineers to improve or develop new Google tools and products.
• Collaborate with Consumer and Engineering teams to write complex code and implement tools to improve troubleshooting efficiency and the end-user experience.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate with internal teams and external consumers, advertisers, and publishers to provide technical and business feedback as well as deliver technical solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in either system design or in one programming language (Java, C++, Python, etc.).
• Experience in technical troubleshooting, and managing internal/external partners or customers.
• Knowledge of SQL/MySQL, and Unix/Linux operating systems and commands.
• Ability to collaborate, build consensus, deliver, and drive technical decisions with various-sized customer stakeholder groups.
• Ability to travel to meet with specific partner and client stakeholders.
• Strong technical leadership, project management, analytical problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
