Technical Services Engineer Internship in Gurgaon at Baxter Innovations and Business Solutions

Baxter is hiring for the role of Technical Services Engineer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Assist in service revenue through Service contracts and Spare parts sales.
• Establish & maintain communication with customers, team members, and business contacts.
• Ensure all activities are performed following the available instructions and information, within the quality system framework.
• Report all relevant service activity, to ensure updated and accurate service data in the service system.
• Perform sales support activities on products & processes within the geographical area of responsibility.

Requirements:

• Basic understanding/knowledge of electronics, soldering skills, ESD protection, and understanding/knowledge of the Medical Device Directive.
• Good communication (written and Oral) in English and Local Language.
• Natural interest in IT applications.
• Basic use of current Windows operating systems and Use of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Graduate/Diploma in Electronics or Biomedical Electronics/ECE/Instrumentation Engineering.
• Field experience in servicing medical equipment or preferably medical instrumentation or electro-mechanics or equivalent through experience.
