FUJITSU is hiring for the role of Technical Service Trainee!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Monitor 24/7 on a rotational shift basis.
- Assist in customer communication over the phone or mail using the ServiceNow tool.
- Support the Level-2 team during the troublehandling and server maintenance.
- Handle incidents, problems, and change management 24/7 on a rotational shift basis.
Requirements:
- L1 Technical Support Engineer
- Location: Chennai.
- Good communication skills in English and Japanese.
- ITIL basic knowledge and Windows basics.
- Knowledge of MS Office.
- Knowledge about server monitoring and Excel will be added advantages
- Any graduate degree or diploma.
- Ready to work in 24*7 shift
