About this Job

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Technician would be responsible in production of Solar products.
  • Working in a team-oriented environment assisting with the efficient operation.
  • Would require to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Proactively identify areas for improvement in product design, functionality, and customer support processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to product installation, configuration, maintenance, and usage.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by effectively managing their expectations, addressing their concerns, and ensuring timely resolution of technical issues. Act as a primary point of contact for technical support and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Investigate and analyze complex technical problems reported by customers. Identify the root cause of issues and provide effective solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and engineering, to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and their technical specifications. Provide product training to customers, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting techniques. Create and update technical documentation and knowledge base articles.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field. Relevant certifications or additional technical training is a plus.
  • Proven experience in technical support, customer service, or a similar role, preferably in a technology-driven industry.
  • Strong technical aptitude and understanding of complex technical systems. Ability to quickly learn and grasp new technologies and concepts.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and support.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to travel to customer sites and work outside regular business hours when required.
  • Proficiency in using customer support tools, CRM systems, and other relevant software applications.
