About this Job

  • Key customer account manager based on territories assigned.
  • Independently work with the customer to configure product and quotes for their requirements
  • Liaise with production and management to best support customer requirements
  • Carry out pre-sale and after-sales service visits to cement, chemical, power, metals, and incineration plants
  • Understand product design and application fit
  • Understand customers process in relation to bag filter performance
  • Understand customers application and product fit competently enough to write articles, blogs, etc for online post on LinkedIn and website
  • Provide sample approval support to customers (mainly cement and metals industry)
  • Provide installation supervision support to customers
  • Maintain written record of customer visits, data, and MOM
  • Apply sound business judgment to act on the voice of the customer and to improve the overall customer experience

Desired Candidate Profile

Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/ chemical engineering

0-2 years of Industrial services experience preferred

Sales in industry preferred

Willingness to travel 50 - 60%

The position is based in Mumbai. (Location: Andheri E)
