Technical Sales Engineer Job in Navi Mumbai at NOV Inc.

NOV Inc. is hiring for the role of Technical Sales Engineer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Act as primary point-of-contact for client
• Lead day-to-day management and optimization of client campaigns
• Maintain contact with an established customer base
• Communicate and strategize with the sales team on all related client issues for both internal & external sales
• Assist in strategy development
• Actively find new ways to build the client's business and grow accounts
• Master and maintain vast knowledge of client's business, competition, and latest industry news and trends
• Improve customer perception with an emphasis on customer service
• Prepare quotes
• Recommend tool configurations and parameters to customers, if required
• Oversee field analysis for failed tool investigations
• Prepare customized technical specifications for customers
• Interact with the engineering/PL team to answer technical queries from customers
• Provide details while raising or closing ITrax for failed tools
• Conduct a field visit to run the tool
• Comply with all NOV Company and HSE procedures and policies

Requirements:

• BE Mechanical or Equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of work experience
