NATLEX Technology Solutions is hiring for the role of Technical Recruiter!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand ServiceNow staffing needs.
  • Translate technical requirements into a clear and comprehensive job description.
  • Utilize various channels, such as job boards, social media, and professional networks, to source and identify potential candidates with ServiceNow expertise.
  • Build and maintain a network of ServiceNow professionals for current and future hiring needs.
  • Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Provide regular updates on the recruitment process and market trends.
  • Coordinate and facilitate technical interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.
  • Provide detailed feedback to hiring managers to support the decision-making process.
  • Work with hiring managers to extend job offers to selected candidates.
  • Negotiate and extend job offers, considering competitive market conditions and organizational requirements.
  • Stay informed about market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive landscape for ServiceNow professionals and provide insights to hiring managers on market conditions and strategies for attracting top talent.
  • Keep detailed records of candidate interactions, feedback, and status in the recruitment database and leverage the database for future talent acquisition needs.
  • Stay updated on changes within the ServiceNow ecosystem and adjust recruitment strategies accordingly.

Requirements: 

  • Proven work experience in recruitment, with a focus on technical roles, particularly those related to ServiceNow
  • Familiarity with various recruitment processes and strategies
  • Knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, modules, and certifications
  • Ability to comprehend and assess technical skills relevant to ServiceNow
  • The ability to convey technical information in a clear and understandable manner
  • Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills
  • Adherence to ethical recruitment practices and confidentiality
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and industry trends
  • Collaborative attitude to work effectively with hiring managers, HR professionals, and team members
  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field is often preferred
  • 2–3 years of IT or Tech recruitment experience in ServiceNow
