Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Assist in monitoring and inspecting final initiatives and processes to ensure they meet global quality and brand standards. Help find opportunities to improve QA processes for speed testing, enhance test coverage, and catch issues earlier. Offer constructive feedback to management and colleagues to foster continuous improvement of departmental objectives. Help coordinate and expedite the resolution of issues as they occur.

Requirements:

• Proven track record to manage and prioritize multiple projects concurrently, ensuring steady progress, on-time delivery, and alignment with internal client expectations and budgets.
• Highly developed sense of urgency and dedication to customer happiness
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience or knowledge with Adobe Workfront, and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
• Ability to present and influence key business leaders, and ability to build positive relationships across multiple layers in the organization
• Beginner to intermediate knowledge of HTML and CSS, and web hierarchy
