Google is hiring for the role of Technical Program Manager-Procurement and Commercial Solutions!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Build and manage integrated schedules and project plans working across UX, engineering, and product teams, and analyze processes, identify opportunities for improvement, define requirements, and collaborate cross-functionally and cross-product areas to improve processes and tools.
• Drive product excellence through the assembly of project delivery success criteria and overseeing progress towards those success metrics, and partner with business stakeholders and technology teams to define project goals, strategy, and roadmaps.
• Communicate status to leadership and stakeholders, identifying roadblocks and proposing solutions.
• Partner with the engineering team, support the development of contracting tools, or procurement platforms partnering with business stakeholders (e.g., legal, finance, product areas).

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience managing projects.
• 2 years of technical program management experience on technical cross-functional projects, including planning, execution, estimation, risk management, and stakeholder management.
• 2 years of experience engaging with a software development team developing and reviewing technical requirements, design documents, bug triage, and setting technical goals.
• Master's degree.
• Experience helping teams measure and improve operational excellence, product excellence, equity, and accessibility.
• Experience with Agile methodology and program increment planning.
