Google is hiring for the role of Technical Program Manager Operations Analytics!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Partner with engineering and product development teams to understand business requirements, and engage with managers from cross-functional teams to specify data analysis and visualization requirements tailored to business processes
• Analyze manufacturing test data and other data sources to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for optimization, and develop insightful reports that communicate key metrics to stakeholders
• Identify opportunities to automate manual spreadsheets, and collaborate with teams to develop tools and scripts that streamline processes and improve efficiency
• Translate technical and engineering issues into clear, concise summaries that are easily understood by management and cross-functional teams
• Provide comprehensive program management support, including ongoing development of processes, templates, escalation procedures, and reporting mechanisms, and ensure smooth execution of projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
• 2 years of experience in program management
