Google is hiring for the role of Technical Program Manager-Google Cloud-Business Platform!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to understand or identify defined work problems and program goals, obtain prioritized deliverables, and discuss program impact.
• Prioritize program goals, understand and translate other stakeholders’ needs into program goals and prioritized deliverables, and contribute to decisions on prioritizing goals and deliverables.
• Define the scope of projects and develop, execute, or manage project plans for supported programs.
• Review key metrics about a program, monitor potential metric deviations, and define corrective actions for critical deviations.
• Identify, communicate, and collaborate with stakeholders within one or more teams to drive impact and work toward mutual goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in program management.
• Experience with program management, project management, and communication.
• Experience working in an enterprise application development scenario.
• Experience with Agile development methodology.
• 4 years of experience working cross-functionally in an integrated team composed of both technical and non-technical members.
• Ability to operate with energy and flexibility in a constantly evolving team environment.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to represent and prepare executive-level communication and articulate business or technical concepts to senior leadership.
• Passion for driving product innovation, with the ability to challenge timelines and product decisions.
