Technical Program Manager Job in Bangalore at Tracxn Technologies

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Act as the primary point of contact for API customers—build strong relationships and proactively engage with them to understand their use cases and workflows. 
• Design and implement programs that improve adoption and usage across our customers. 
• Improve product penetration by collaborating with customers, identify areas where our data solutions can streamline or enhance their workflows. 
• Drive initiatives to diagnose and resolve recurring customer issues, continuously improving the customer experience. 
• Coordinate across internal stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of customer data requests and technical queries. 

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 2 to 6 years of work experience. 
• Strong communication skills to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 
• Effective problem-solving skills to identifying and resolving customer challenges. 
• Technical aptitude to understand workflows and understand customer inquiries
