Microsoft is hiring for the role of Technical Program Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Help others as they design technical solutions. You will also identify risks, escalating them to senior levels when needed.
• Help others develop and implement features for cross-functional projects. You’ll begin to understand how to collaborate and ensure alignment across teams.
• Help others adhere to roadmap for single features, track project schedules, manage staging and implementation, and comply with governance programs.
• Help others drive continuous improvements by validating use cases and partnering with other departments to collect performance metrics.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in computer science, engineering, or related disciplines OR equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated strong ability to work with and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Analytical skills, able to make informed tradeoffs, and able to break down and solve complex and often ambiguous problems.
• Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ year(s) experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, OR product development OR equivalent experience.
• 1+ year(s) of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
• 2+ year(s) of experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos).
• Prior Storage expertise.
