Relyanceai is hiring for the role of Technical Product Owner!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Work with stakeholders and the development team to elicit, analyze, and document user stories, ensuring they are clear, concise, and meet the Definition of Ready.  
• Assist in maintaining and prioritizing the product backlog, ensuring alignment with the product strategy and business objectives.
• Participate actively in sprint planning meetings, providing clarity on user stories and acceptance criteria. Follow the progress of development and communicate any roadblocks.
• Participate in testing and validating completed user stories to ensure they meet the defined acceptance criteria.
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of product documentation, including user guides and release notes.
• Triage customer reported issues

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of relevant work experience. 
• Experience with JIRA. 
• SaaS experience. 
• Technical fluency, with an ability to understand software systems and user flows.. 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a precise talent for articulating product requirements and customer challenges.
• Ability to wear different hats and pivot based on company needs.
