Roles & Responsibilities –

• Digitization of entire technical process including onboarding of technical vendor
• Monitor the technical evaluation process and suggest the changes to make is robust.
• Directly carry out the technical evaluation process on a need basis.
• Manage the technical vendors involved in the technical evaluation process.  Audit of vendors on annual basis.
• Train and evaluate the proficiency levels of the team on a regular basis.
• Maintain TAT for the technical reports. Develop robust technical monitoring system with help of IT team
• Work closely with the legal counterpart on the technical evaluation front.
• Carry out spot checks on a frequent basis.
• Maintain an MIS related to the technical evaluation in system
• Monitor handling of fraud cases on the technical front i.e. identification, handling, reporting and facilitating closure as per the action decided.
• Develop builder scoring model and project approval

Skills:

• Total Experience – 4 +.
• Preferred company – Avas, India shelter, Aadhar Housing, Shubham Housing, Art Housing, ICICI HFC etc.
• Qualification – BE Civil or B Tech or B Arch +.
• Base Location – Delhi.
