Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Property Valuation & Site Inspection: Conduct physical inspections of properties and project sites.
- Prepare detailed valuation reports in accordance with industry standards.
- Assess project feasibility and monitor construction progress at various stages.
- Project Appraisal & Monitoring: Appraise residential and commercial projects for funding and approval.
- Monitor the stage-wise progress of approved/funded projects.
- Ensure compliance with technical and financial benchmarks.
- Documentation & Reporting: Scrutinize property-related documents and prepare technical reports.
- Maintain accurate records of builder status and project data across zones.
- Review and update process notes periodically to reflect regulatory changes.
- Due Diligence & Risk Mitigation: Ensure thorough due diligence during project approval to prevent fraud.
- Identify and report discrepancies or risks in property documentation.
- Market Intelligence & Regulatory Updates: Collect and update market information on a regular basis.
- Track amendments and regulations affecting property and construction sectors.
Requirements:
- We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Civil Engineer with 1–2 years of experience in property valuation and project appraisal.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting site inspections, preparing valuation and technical reports, monitoring construction progress, and ensuring due diligence in property-related approvals and funding
