Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead/Manager with a strong background in Java development to lead our dynamic team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate should have at least 8 years of relevant experience, with a focus on Java, microservices architecture, and team leadership. This role involves overseeing a team of developers, driving technical excellence, and collaborating with clients to deliver outstanding solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of Java developers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Architect, design, and develop high-quality Java applications, with a strong emphasis on microservices architecture.
• Utilize expertise in Rest API development, Spring framework, and Hibernate to deliver efficient and scalable solutions.
• Interact with clients, understand their requirements, and ensure the successful execution of projects within specified timelines and budgets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical strategies, make architecture decisions, and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues, ensuring the stability and performance of applications.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement in development practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in Java development.
• Strong expertise (minimum 4 years) in designing and implementing microservices-based solutions.
• Proficiency in Rest API development, Spring framework, and Hibernate.
• Proven track record in team leadership and management.
• Client interaction experience is a significant advantage.
• Previous experience in domestic projects is preferred.
