Job Description -
- Minimum 8+ years of experience
- Experience of working in 4 major eGovernance Projects
- Any certification in Java technology adds an advantage
- Candidate should have executed role of being part of development teams in more than 3-4 projects
- Work with Department and stakeholders to complete project charter outlining scope, goals deliverables, required resources, budget and timelines.
- Deliverable is to lead development team (Java) for lT projects; Evaluate Technical architectures and provide hands on support to team; collaborate with DCO /CT teams at data center, software development teams, infrastructure outsourcing team, DBAs, network administrator as a consortium (Centre of Excellence)
- Experience in Spring/Hibernate/Angular JS framework is must.
- Define development process that minimize defect density and promote on time delivery of project modules.
- Benchmark new technologies work on continuous upgradation of technical artifacts..
