Responsibilities of the Candidates:

• Lead and mentored a team of backend developers in the design, development, and implementation of complex software solutions.
• Define and implement technical architecture and design patterns for backend systems.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Develop and maintain highly scalable, reliable, and secure backend systems.
• Optimize backend performance and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in backend development.
• Contribute to the development of best practices and coding standards.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the team.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in leading and mentoring teams.
• Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices.
• Expertise in backend technologies such as Java, Python, or Node.js.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
