Technical Junior Analyst Internship in Pune at DNV

DNV is hiring for the role of Time and Expenses Functional - Technical Junior Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Supporting HR, Absence Management and Expense modules of Oracle E-Business Suite
• Monitoring batch processes within module areas and resolving IT issues effectively, and for user errors ensuring that guides are in place
• Focusing on the resolution of incidents promptly ensures good communication with the user, root cause analysis & resolution, and provision/link of knowledge-based articles (KBAs) is established as standard
• Providing KBAs, reports, and targeted “tips and tricks” sessions to improve the customer experience and reduce the inflow of cases, including follow-up on incorrect data issues
• Automating or removing repeatable activities or errors to improve performance and accuracy
• Working closely with integrations teams, Partner, & AppZen, to ensure cross-ownership issues/solutions are delivered timeline
• Working closely with the Finance department in Global Shared Services, architects, and other stakeholders on many of the above topics

Requirements:

• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Ability to plan & organise their daily tasks
• Ability to effectively prioritise and escalate customers' issues
• Experience in resolving service requests by addressing the root causes
• Experience working in an environment requiring attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of Oracle EBS
• Knowledge of SQL and PLSQL
• Working knowledge of ITIL processes.
