Ajax Media Tech is hiring for the role of Technical HR Recruiter!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements for open positions
- Source, screen, and interview technical candidates
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle
- Build and maintain a network of technical talent through various channels (e.g., social media, job boards, networking events)
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Assist with other recruiting-related tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field
- 2-4years of experience in technical recruiting
- Strong knowledge of technical terms and concepts related to the software industry
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
