NTT Data is hiring for the role of Technical Graduate Trainee!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Manage customer interactions & records reported issues in the ITSM
• Identify issues, applies fixes, and investigates root causes using internal instructions.
• Provide technical guidance in activities associated with identifying, prioritizing, and resolving problems by telephone and e-mail
• Screen refer and diagnose internal inquiries and work requests relating to PC maintenance
• Participate in a supportive role by acting as a liaison between customers and departments within the organization, to ensure that all online system problems are resolved in an accurate and timely manner

Requirements:

• Must have completed Graduation; BTech or equivalent technical degree and or Microsoft certifications would be an added advantage.
• Answers the customers' contacts via agreed channels and records reported issues.
• Identifies issues, applies fixes, and investigates root causes using internal instructions.
• Provides technical guidance in activities associated with identifying, prioritizing, and resolving problems over telephone, chat, and e-mail.
• Good technical inclination, logical thinking, solving simple issues on laptops/desktops like internet-related issues, VPN, office-related issues, installing/uninstalling apps, and many more
