Titan is hiring for the role of Technical Designer - Eyewear!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Use 3D tools to develop virtual models of different forms & iterate to get the best aesthetics.
- Creative problem-solving ability
- Research who will use the product and the various ways it might be used
- Sketch out ideas on new mechanisms.
- Examine materials and production costs to determine manufacturing requirements
- Work with NPD & other specialists to evaluate whether their design concepts will fill the need at a reasonable cost
- Evaluate product safety, appearance, and function to determine if a design is practical.
- Demonstrate prototypes to the stakeholders for approval
- Co-create with designers on the new inventions
