• Lead Agile squads delivering BFSI-grade mobile banking apps.
• Ensurehigh uptime, compliance, and speed-to-market.
• Focus on TCO, delivery velocity, and end-user NPS.

Key Responsibilities

• In-depth understanding of Mobile Banking ecosystems and Finacle.
• Own engineering backlog, tech planning, sprint cadence, and risk management.
• Combine hands-on technical leadership (code/architecture reviews) with PM duties.
• Manage cross-functional dependencies (Dev, QA, DevOps, backend/API teams).
• Handle regulatory/compliance deliverables in releases.
• Forecast team capacity, manage delivery gates, and ensure Go-Live discipline.
• Lead sprint planning and risk mitigation initiatives.

Core Requirements

• Delivered 3+ end-to-end BFSI mobile apps.
• Strong experience in Agile/SAFe frameworks, Jira, Confluence.
• Familiar with cross-platform tech: Kotlin, Swift, REST APIs.
• Skilled in stakeholder management (Tech, Business, Compliance)
