Varian is hiring for the role of Technical Contract Specialist!
Responsibilities of a Candidate:
- Perform and document Sales/Service order prebooking and order changes, ensuring technical correctness and audit compliance
- Review quotations and verify the technically required pre-requisites prior to the pre-booking process
- Build professional business relationships with key stakeholders within the company
- Support Sales, Order Processing, and other internal customers in technical inquiries
- Provide support on the quoting tool (Salesforce)
- Support technical product conversion of order backlog
- Support Q2C testing of new products
Requirements:
- Any graduate with 1-2 years of experience with Technical contracting
- Experience and good knowledge of SAP and MS Office applications; knowledge of Salesforce CRM is preferable
- SaaS experience is preferable
- Sound understanding of customers and their requirements
- Sound understanding of commercial terms
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
