Responsibilities of the candidate:

• Documentation Development: Create comprehensive, user-centric documentation that aligns with organizational standards
• Hands-on Experience: Plug-in our new products, explore functionality yourself, think as a customer what information would be most useful
• Participate in Product Development: Get your hands on the new product while it is still in development and help engineers to come out with better customer experience
• Simplify Complexity: Translate complex technical concepts into clear, polished, and engaging content tailored to our audience’s needs
• Content Evaluation: Review and refine existing content, exploring innovative methods for improvement
• Collaboration: Partner with subject matter experts and various departments to gather information, understand project requirements, and produce high-quality documentation
• Information Architecture: Develop and maintain structured templates and centralized repositories for documentation, ensuring consistency and accessibility
• Alternative Media: Create content in diverse formats (e.g., visuals, diagrams) to enhance usability while maintaining a cohesive voice across all materials

Requirements:

• 2+ years as a technical writer with a proven ability to learn and communicate complex concepts effectively
• Expertise in writing documentation and procedure manuals for diverse audiences
• Strong collaboration skills with engineers and designers to improve user experience and refine technical content
• Excellent written communication skills with impeccable attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
