Flexera is hiring for the role of Technical Consultant!
- Deliver Flexera solutions, integrating with surrounding technologies to meet customers' business outcomes.
- Ensure timely achievement of customer success through best practice onboarding and adoption strategies.
- Provide credible and relevant technical consulting services, including scoping, estimates, and solution designs.
- Support delivery team management in setting customer expectations and maintaining ongoing communication.
- Act as a subject matter expert, supporting internal and external stakeholders as needed.
- Assist in technical knowledge transfers and share best practice advice.
- Support the delivery of specialist value training and contribute to content development processes.
- Utilize commercial awareness to highlight opportunities for adapting project scopes to ensure the best outcomes for customers.
- Relevant demonstrable work experience
- Relevant University degree or equivalent for the role[PP2]
- Relevant Scripting Language (e.g., Powershell) – Desired
- ITIL/FinOps/CSAM qualification – Desired
