ASSA ABLOY is hiring for the role of Technical Consultant!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Provide integration support to partner developers using Android and iOS (APP) SDKs.
• Support developers to build integration software in Java, C++, C# (and others) to integrate with HID products through complex APIs/SDKs.
• Centrally manage and maintain delivered software components so that they can be used by multiple customers/partners on an ongoing basis and be transferred to product engineering for inclusion in HID COTS products if required.
• Install, configure, and operate HID solutions and integration components in customer/partner environments.
• Provide remote technology support and troubleshooting throughout implementation, operation, and upgrade of HID solutions and integration components.
• Deliver and review documents that are needed during the requirements analysis, gap analysis, and solution design phases of customer projects.

Requirements:

• BSc in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• At least 2 years of industry experience
• Strong Java and C++ or Swift software development skills with a focus on API/SDK-based integrations and creation of advanced REST services (front-end and back-end) including the use of advanced database solutions
• Experience in mobile application development on iOS, Android, and Windows Phone
• Understanding of using cryptographic toolkits to securely carry out functions such as symmetric and asymmetric key authentication, encryption (integrity), and signing (non-repudiation) over open networks
• Strong documentation skills with a focus on technical documents required for software design, development, and delivery
• Understanding of enterprise network and data center deployment including TCP/IP addressing and routing, VPN, load balancing, and proxy configuration would be preferred
• Good understanding of how IT security products are applied in the market to address areas such as authentication, electronic signing of transactions, Single Sign On, authorization, non-repudiation, encryption, etc
• Strong Experience in Java and/or C++ software development skills
