Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for new initiatives, enhancements, and changes to existing systems/processes.
• Conduct a thorough analysis of business processes, systems, and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Develop comprehensive functional specifications, user stories, and use cases and project plans.
• Work closely with project managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of solutions that meet business requirements.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and interviews with stakeholders to elicit requirements, gather feedback, and foster collaboration.
• Assist the pre-sales team with feature listing and brainstorming on new ideas.
• Assist in the development and execution of test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate system functionality and ensure quality assurance.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for business systems and processes, addressing issues and implementing solutions in a timely manner.
• Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to the business domain, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and manage project backlog, sprint planning, and release management activities
• Generating new business opportunities for the company in existing projects/clients.
