Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Develop, schedule, and oversee DR tests, including tabletop exercises, failover tests, and full-scale simulations.
• Define test objectives, scope, and scenarios in collaboration with IT teams and business units.
• Evaluate DR systems, processes, and infrastructure to identify gaps or inefficiencies.
• Coordinate across departments, vendors, and stakeholders for seamless test execution.
• Communicate test outcomes, recommendations, and action plans to leadership and key stakeholders.
• Maintain detailed records of test plans, scenarios, outcomes, and lessons learned.
• Review and update DR plans based on test findings or organizational changes.
• Ensure testing aligns with compliance requirements and industry standards.
• Support audit activities related to disaster recovery and business continuity testing.
• Develop and maintain a centralized knowledge repository for DR plans, procedures, and key organizational information.
• Ensure the repository is accessible, up-to-date, and user-friendly.
• Create and maintain documentation, including DR policies, SOPs, FAQs, and user guides.
• Standardize content to ensure consistency and accuracy across all knowledge assets.
