Technical Associate – Change Manager Job in Hyderabad at Genpact

Genpact is hiring for the role of Technical Associate!

Responsibilities of the candidate

• Review and document change requests, managing the approval process and ensuring proper risk assessment and mitigation strategies are in place.
• Manage change requests for various Biz units, prioritizing them based on impact and urgency, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
• Communicate scheduled blackout/freeze periods to ensure proper risk mitigation during high-priority times
• Generate change advisory board (CAB) meeting agenda
• Facilitate CAB meetings, manage follow-up items, and document CAB meeting minutes
• Attend daily change review meetings,
• Attend weekly meetings to review their changes.
• Send out daily major change communication.
• Review Knowledge articles and update/modify as needed
• Provide change management training as needed.
• Generate change Management KPIs/SLAs

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required. Preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field Experienced
