Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Supporting design, build, and customize ServiceNow applications and services.
• Designing, transitioning, and supporting services.
• Experience in process implementation and improvement.
• Understanding in detail the IT Service Management requirements of a large multi-site, multi-disciplined organization.
• Understanding of governance requirements across multiple sites.

Requirements:

• Platform core functionalities including Scripting in various areas (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, ACLs, UI Policies, Portal Pages, UI pages)
• Security/ACL Creation and Updates
• ITSM including Experience in Service Catalogue development
• Workflow, Flow designer
• CMDB (Discovery or Orchestration Configuration and Refining and Reconciliation Handling of CMDB)
• ITOM (Alert and Event Management)
• HRSD
• SecOps (SIR & Vulnerability Response)
• ITBM
• SAMPro and Asset Management
• Integration HUB and APIs - Develop integration with 3rd Party tools using Scripted and OOB REST API and SOAP web services
• Portal - Writing code using JavaScript, HTML, Angular, CSS and AJAX
• Degree in IT or any related Computer Science
• Diverse IT background with significant experience in large scale corporations
