Oracle is hiring for the role of Technical Analyst I!
Responsibilities of the Candidates:
- Provide technical support to customers via phone and electronic means
- Troubleshoot installation, maintenance, and usage issues related to Oracle products
- Communicate effectively with customers, OEMs, and VARs
- Document findings and resolutions
- Prioritize work based on severity and urgency
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve issues
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field
- 0 to 2 years of experience in application support, client/customer support, troubleshooting, incident management, problem management, and change management
- Knowledge of SQL
- Ability to work in the shift of 5 PM – 2 AM IST
- Excellent communication skills
