Sapiens International Corporation is hiring for the role of Technical Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Conducting analysis and design sessions with client staff.
• Documenting user interface and system integration requirements.
• Documenting, researching, and assisting in the resolution of issues throughout the SDLC.
• Providing configuration assistance to support the client implementation team.
• Acting as a liaison between the client implementation and the product development teams.
• Supporting client development teams throughout all phases of application implementation.
• Supporting the development and delivery of training materials.
• Augmenting/Supporting QA staff with specific subject matter expertise.
• Developing and maintaining client and internal staff configuration-related documentation.

Requirements:

• Experience of 2 to 4 years.
• Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to learn new and complex topics quickly.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and as a strong independent contributor.
• Ability to quickly build credibility and rapport with clients as well as colleagues.
• Professional presence, exercising good judgment, and taking initiative when necessary.
• Experience with web-based application designs.
• Configuration – web pages, templates, property files, CSS changes, etc.
• Familiarity with XML, XSLT, HTML, CSS, AJAX, SQL.
• Strong business and technology acumen is required.
• Familiarity with Microsoft PowerPoint, Project, Visio, Excel, Word.
• Bachelor's Degree required; Computer Science, Mathematics, Management.
• Information or Engineering is preferred.
• Experience with data modeling and use cases (UML or similar) preferred.
• Structured programming language background preferred.
• Experience/Exposure to relational databases, Web development.
• HTML/DHTML, CSS, and JavaScript preferred.
• Excellent communication abilities including presentations and technical specification writing preferred.
• Familiarity with the concepts of Service Oriented Architecture, Web Services / SOAP, and Meta Model-based architectures preferred.
