Oracle is hiring for the role of Technical Analyst 1 (Support)!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Conduct investigations on front-end applications. This includes capturing information, applying fix tools, shadowing end users, and testing workflows internally and externally.
• Utilize backend techniques, including capturing log files, querying tables, updating database fields, and cycling servers.
• Document notes, activities, resolutions, and knowledge articles throughout the investigation lifecycles.
• Prioritize work based on severity, striking a balance between client and business needs.
• Collaborate among and across teams to ensure that issues are addressed by the appropriate individual.

Requirements:

• Hold a bachelor's degree in computer science engineering, information systems, software engineering, or a related field.
• Have 0-2 years of experience in application support, client/customer support, incident management, problem management, and change management.
• Possess knowledge of SQL.
• Be ready to work during the shift from 5.30 PM to 2.30 AM IST.
• Demonstrate outstanding interpersonal abilities and be adept at efficient communication with collaborators across various regions of the globe.
